Frequently Asked

I don't see a size I want. Can you offer other options?

Yes, we can make almost any size or shape (square, slim etc) you need, please contact us for this.

"GSM", "Gallery-wrapping", "Hahnemühle" - what does this stuff mean?

GSM or Grams per Square Meter refers to the weight of media (paper or canvas) used. This affects how the paper looks, feels and weighs. For instance, standard notebook paper is 70-80gsm. 200-300gsm is therefore great for paper prints which may be framed and 400gsm onwards is suited to canvas printing.

Gallery wrapping refers to a stretched canvas - which stretches over the frame to create the illusion of the artwork continuing all around the frame instead of being cut off by a white border.

Hahnemuhle, (or Hahnemühle if one is being proper about it) is a German paper maker of renown. These are the most exceptional papers and canvases one can buy - you will always be assured of the finest from Hahnemuhle - they've been making paper since 1584!

The other paper we offer - Enhanced Matte 192gsm - is also a great option for those looking for an economical variant - although its stunning matte finish looks premium as well.

For canvas, we use a 400gsm premium option which works particularly well with our style of image-making - the photos take to canvas incredibly well.

You can rest easy knowing your print will be beautiful whether on a Hahnemühle, an Enhanced Matte or the Premium Canvas.

When will I receive my print?

In general for Indian orders, your print should be with you in 7-10 days at most. If you are in a remote area, there could be some delays due to the increased distance.

For international orders, 7-21 days would be more realistic (depending upon the chosen mode of shipment).

Do you issue GST invoices?

Yes, we issue GST invoices for every order. Please request for yours to be sent to your email ID.

I've ordered but need to cancel - is this possible?

Due to the bespoke nature of fine art prints, unfortunately we are unable to offer cancellations, returns or refunds. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for more details.

My print arrived today but has a print error - what do I do?
