SECTION 1 ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

 

1. Purchase of all Goods are considered final once the Order is confirmed as per the automated Order Confirmation and payment is received. No refunds will be provided by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd.

2. All Goods are offered for sale subject to availability and subject to acceptance of the Order by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd..

3. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any Order without the obligation to assign any reason for so doing. No Order shall be deemed accepted by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. unless and until it is confirmed unconditionally by Riverlight Store or Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. in the Order Confirmation.

4. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. has a policy of continuous product development and reserves the right to amend the specifications of any of the Goods without prior notice. Additionally, given the bespoke nature of the Goods sold on Riverlight Store the exact size of Goods may alter slightly from piece to piece and from the official Goods dimensions listed on the Riverlight Store website.

5. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. endeavours to display and describe as accurately as possible the printed colours of the Goods which appear on its website, but cannot undertake to give any assurance that the colours of Goods supplied will exactly match those displayed on the Buyer's monitor or home printing device.

6. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to replacement according to Replacement Policy.

 

SECTION 2 PRICE, PAYMENT AND CURRENCIES​

1. All prices are inclusive of any applicable sale taxes at the country of origin of the Goods. The Buyer shall be responsible for any other taxes (including but not limited to any custom duties) applicable in the territory to which the Goods are sent.

2. Payment must be made by credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI and PayPal at the time of placing an Order which is accepted by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd.. Payment in full will be taken at this time and the Contract will be in force.

3. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd.may offer multi-currency enabled transactions, which means the Buyer can select the currency of their choice when at check-out.

 

SECTION 3 ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

1. The Buyer undertakes that all details provided to Riverlight Pictures Pvt. for the purpose of the Order and its delivery will be correct and that the chosen method of payment is the property of the Seller and that sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the full cost of the Goods ordered. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to obtain validation of the Buyer's credit card or debit card details before accepting the Buyers Order.

2. Any discounts or promotions are offered subject to availability and may be terminated or amended at any time by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

4. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 5. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any Order based on erroneous pricing, discounts, or promotions. Unless otherwise agreed by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. any discounts or promotions are not cumulative, and no more than one discount or promotion shall be used on the same Order.

 

SECTION 4 DELIVERY AND DAMAGE​

1. The place for delivery of the Goods will be as shown on the Order and the normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) shall be regular postage or courier at the discretion of  Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd.

2. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. will endeavour to process and ship the purchase Order within 5 to 7 working days of Order Confirmation, or in the case of rentals, 10 business days or as otherwise stipulated in the Rental Agreement. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicative only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the Contract and Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.

3. The Buyer must inspect the Goods on delivery and, in the case where Goods have been visibly damaged in transportation delivery should be refused. Once delivery is accepted it will constitute conclusive evidence against the Buyer of receipt of the quantity of Goods indicated on that document free from any apparent defect or damage. If the Goods are alleged to be defective, a photograph of the defect along with a description of the alleged defect must be sent via email at mail@riverlightpictures.in with 24 hours of delivery.

4. If the Buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods,  Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. shall be under no obligation to refund the Price.

5. Purchased Goods may not be returned to Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. except as provided in Section 5 below.

6. Goods may be replaced as detailed in the Replacement Policy as provided in Section 5 below.

7. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will pass to the Buyer on delivery at the agreed address. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any damage to any Goods caused anytime after Receipt of the Order. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. will not be able to accept any returns of Goods 24 hours after Receipt.

 

SECTION 5 REPLACEMENT POLICY, CANCELLATIONS AND DAMAGE

Replacement Goods are governed by the Special Conditions that follow:​

1. Due to the bespoke or made-to-order nature of the Goods sold on Riverlight Store, no cancellations are possible.

2. The Buyer shall have the right to request a Replacement of the Order within 48 hours of Receipt if the item is Defective provided they do the following: (i) Email mail@riverlightpictures.in within 48 hours of Receipt stating: (a) The Invoice Number (b) Artwork title (c) Reason for return, (d) Request for replacement and (e) detailed images which represent factually the nature of the Defect; (ii) Return the Goods to Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. in the condition it arrived in, via the instructions that Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. sends following your email; (iii) All Goods must be returned in their original packaging (which the Buyer should retain for the purpose) and must be in an unused condition.

3. To return the Order, the Buyer should prepare the Order package with the address: 401 - Silver Spring, Sherly Rajan Road, Rizvi Complex, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050

4. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the Order only when it is agreed by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. that Goods are defective.

5. Depending on where the Buyer lives, the time it may take for the Buyer’s Replacement Order to reach the Buyer, may vary.

6. All framing supplied by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. is custom made to a specific purchase item. Any purchased item with a custom frame provided by Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. shall not apply for any refund or exchange.

7. Riverlight Pictures Pvt. Ltd. will process Replacements within 30 days of receiving returned Order of Goods from the Buyer in the post or via our chosen common carrier.
